My apologies to everyone for not posting lately.  I have been in the midst of hunting for a new home and now packing and purging for the move at the end of June.  My macaron mats and kitchen gadgets have been packed away and my home has become an obstacle course of boxes.   I am really looking forward to moving into the new place as it will have a more modern kitchen ~ especially the stove.  I have found that the current one (which is 20+ yrs old) runs much hotter than it should and has been scorching my macarons, even changing the colours.  There will be a “Macaron Trouble Shooting” post in the near future.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for taking the time to visit my blog.  To date, I have had 47 countries view my posts and I am just so amazed at what brings people to read what I have to say.

July will bring a bumper crop of entries that I have had to put on hold.
